David
J. Finn received a Juris Doctor Degree from the John Marshall School of
Law in 1987. His undergraduate studies were completed at the
United States Naval Academy and the University of Illinois at Chicago.
From
1987 through 1992, David J. Finn was employed by the Cook County
States' Attorneys Office as an Assistant States' Attorney in the
Criminal Division at 26th and California in Chicago, Illinois - the
largest consolidated court system in the United States.
In 1992,
Mr. Finn established a private law practice concentrating in the areas
of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Trusts, Probate, and affiliated
areas. His current law practice maintains offices in Palatine,
Naperville, Lake Zurich and Chicago.
As part of his ongoing
commitment to the community, Mr. Finn has spoken to numerous groups and
Senior Organizations on the subjects of Probate and Estate
Planning. He is also a frequent lecturer through various
financial institutions on the topics of Real Estate, Trusts, and Estate
Planning.
Mr. Finn is married with three children and currently lives in Elgin, Illinois.
